Location: Regional Victoria, VIC – All centres are located within the Regional Victoria area in VIC
Salary Range: Senior Educators - ranging from $37.47 p/hr to $38.02 p/hr + Superannuation (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Your Impact: As a Senior Educator, you'll collaborate with your team to observe, inform, and enhance our educational programs, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and staff.
* Lead a classroom effectively, engaging educators, families, and children.
* Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide in collaboration with the Education Leader.
* Comply with National Quality Standards and policies.
* Contribute to Centre and business plans.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS
* Ability to build positive relationships with children and families
* Support reflective practice and continuous improvement
