Maintenance Fitter Food Manufacturing - Bendigo Competitive annual salary overtime opportunities We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to join a leading food manufacturing site located around 10-15 minutes south-west of Bendigo. These full-time positions offer a 7-days-on, 7-days-off roster, with monthly rotating shifts — two day-shift rotations one month (6 AM-6 PM), followed by two night-shift rotations the next (6 PM-6 AM), and so on. This structure provides excellent work-life balance and strong earning potential. About the Role Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Maintenance Fitters will be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment across several key processing areas. You'll play a vital role in minimising downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
