As a Manager, you will work with some of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies, and private equity firms on complex deals in the global market.
Your primary responsibilities include participating in due diligence engagements related to business acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
This involves analysing financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information, and identifying issues that impact purchase price and deal structuring.
You will also project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.
In addition, you will identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities, demonstrating knowledge of client business.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics, and be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and experience in a Transaction Diligence role within a consulting environment are essential qualities for this position.
Candidates should possess strong project management and client relationship skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements.
