Property Officer
Location: Hobart
Duration: 3 month contract (possibility of extension)
Hourly Rate: $55.34 per hour + super
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Property Officer to provide expert advice and support on a range of property and asset matters under the guidance of the Principal Advisor Legal & Property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide property advice across contracts, acquisitions, sales, and property management
* Act as the first point of contact for property-related queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage leases and licences, including compliance checks and inspections
* Support procurement activities such as EOIs and application evaluations
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance with asset teams
* Contribute to property portfolio improvements, income generation, and compliance
* Help identify new property use and investment opportunities
* Ensure all statutory deadlines and documentation requirements are met
