We're looking for a
Creative Producer & Culture Strategist
to lead the entire idea engine behind one of Australia's fastest-rising creators in food, lifestyle, and pop culture. Harrison is charismatic, funny, and great on camera... but not tapped into pop culture enough. Your job is to be the
brain
of the operation, the person who knows what the internet is obsessed with before the rest of the world catches on.
What You'll Do
Spot trends before they blow up – you're terminally online, aware of the weekly TikTok main character, rising creators, micro-trends, diets, routines, and internet moments ready to turn into videos.
Build Harrison's content pipeline – from celebrity routines to athlete diets to cultural moments, source ideas and schedule them to keep him at the front of the algorithm.
Write scripts that perform – clear hooks, tight pacing, strong retention. Turn raw concepts into ready-to-film short-form scripts Harrison can shoot instantly.
Shape the creative direction – understand the mechanics of virality and format content so it hits millions, not thousands.

Take that trend and write one scroll-stopping hook for how Harrison would open a video about it. (We're looking for originality, not AI-sounding lines.)
3. The Relevance Test
List three people Harrison should "eat like," "live like," or "try the routine of" this month, and tell us why each choice is timely.
