About the Centre

We are a privately owned, community-focused early learning service providing education and care for children from six weeks to Kindergarten age.

Our centre offers a true "home away from home" environment, with thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning spaces that encourage curiosity, confidence, and connection. We believe in nurturing each child's identity, emotional wellbeing, and love for learning through meaningful relationships and high-quality practice.

The Role – Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated, forward-thinking Centre Manager who leads with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who:

* Leads with empathy, positivity, and strong communication
* Builds trusting relationships with families, children, and educators
* Supports and mentors educators to reach their full potential
* Brings creativity and fresh ideas to centre practice
* Confidently drives quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
* Thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment

As Centre Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead your team with purpose, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure outstanding outcomes for children and families — while having the freedom to implement your own vision and initiatives.

What You'll Bring

* Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Manager (essential)
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
* A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
* Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations
* Current Blue Card
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
* Australian working rights
