We are a privately owned, community-focused early learning service providing education and care for children from six weeks to Kindergarten age.

The Role – Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated, forward-thinking Centre Manager who leads with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.

As Centre Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead your team with purpose, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure outstanding outcomes for children and families — while having the freedom to implement your own vision and initiatives.
What You'll Bring
* Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Manager (essential)
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
* A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
* Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations
* Current Blue Card
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
* Australian working rights
