As a Sales Analyst, you will be at the heart of our team's success, providing critical support in the analysis and execution of high‐value commercial real estate transactions within the Retail Capital Markets team.
Location: Sydney – Land of the Gadigal people.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support deal structuring.
* Prepare compelling information memorandums, proposals, and presentations to showcase client properties and attract investors.
* Conduct in‐depth research of the retail real estate market, identifying trends, analysing competitor activity, and providing valuable insights to our team and clients.
* Assist with due diligence, reviewing property information, and interacting with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
* Analyse financial statements and prepare insightful reports to support the team's decision‐making.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in finance, real estate, or a related field, ideally with some prior industry experience.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and solid understanding of financial modelling principles.
* Highly analytical thinker with keen eye for detail and passion for data.
* Clear and concise communicator, able to present complex information effectively.
* Proactive team player who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
