About the role
We are seeking a National Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise our service delivery operations across Australia. In this key leadership role within Visy’s Recycling division, you’ll manage two teams – Service Delivery and Logistics Coordination – responsible for ensuring smooth operations and meeting service targets. You’ll focus on driving process improvements, resolving issues quickly, and developing a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop customer service teams to achieve KPI’s and operational excellence.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
* Implement process improvements with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Manage external vendor relationships and performance in line with business expectations.
* Identify, investigate and implement strategies to reduce service failures.
* Oversee logistics coordination, including scheduling, SAP data integrity, and stock movements.
* Recruit, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
* Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership and people management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
* Demonstrated experience in a waste management or logistics industry.
* Strong customer interface and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage processes in a medium to large organisation.
* Excellent problem‑solving, planning, and communication skills.
* Experience in logistics or recycling is advantageous.
