Now Hiring | Our client is Australia's leading footwear retailer, specialising in quality European footwear for close to 50 years. The family business is renowned for their exceptional customer service experience as well as an extensive product range catering for every foot. This has led them to build a legion of loyal and adoring customers who they value above all-else!
Our client is searching for an energetic and experienced leader to motivate the team at their Brisbane store and help to consistently bring out the best in them. This role will primarily be responsible for creating an exceptional customer and team experience - one where individual and team goals are set and achieved and one that delivers a shopping experience for their customers that is second to none!
Day to day will see you |
- Ensuring a customer-centric culture amongst the team and leading by example
- Promoting the brand and building a strong VIP customer base; this includes local area marketing and community engagement
- Closely managing and developing the team in order to create a high-performing one
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets through various initiatives that you come up with on your own
- Roster optimisation - ensuring an A-Team is on at all times to exceed the needs of our customers
