We are seeking an experienced sales support professional to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator.
The role requires collaboration with the business development team to determine customer requirements and prepare quotations for residential building projects.
Main Responsibilities
* To read and analyze plans and drawings to prepare accurate quotation documentation.
* To process and manage documentation efficiently and accurately.
* To review plans and costing amounts from Ezy-quote staff and provide training to contract staff.
* To communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, site managers, and subcontractors to discuss and resolve project-related issues.
* To maintain strong relationships with key account contacts.
* To assist customers in showrooms with general product enquiries and support builders with product selection and upgrades.
