The role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our expanding Mining, Energy & Resources team.
Corporate Partner specialising in mining, petroleum, and natural resources law.
Responsibilities include advising on acquisitions, divestments, project development, joint venture structuring, offtake agreements, mineral rights sharing agreements, royalty agreements, construction, and procurement contracts.
Our Corporate team has achieved a top 20 ranking for the highest deal count in the Asia-Pacific region.
You will be part of a dynamic, fun, and engaged team that is going from strength to strength.

Requirements:
* Admitted lawyer;
* 4-8 years' PAE experience;
* Corporate law experiences, preferably within the Mining and/or Energy & Resources sector;
