Grosvenor are looking for an Assistant Team Leader - Fire with commercial experience to join the team based from our office in Tamworth – this is a mobile role managing a team and servicing a number of clients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to Grosvenor clients
* Leading a team of Dry Technicians
* Providing technical advice regarding dry fire
* Working closely with the work coordination team and Customer Account Managers with Fire reactive and planned works
* Support the team with leadership and technical assistance
* Capitalise on the continuation of the maintenance contract base by remaining vigilant to potential repairs, upgrade work and refurbishments
* Communicate and engage with your team, work coordinators and management to ensure a smooth workflow
Selection Criteria:
* A strong technical background, and experience within theFire Services Industry
* Proven background and experience inFire Service dry fire
* Proven ability toachieve targetswhile maintainingfocus on quality
* Experience with quoting, reporting and team management
