**The Opportunity**
This role can be based in either **Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide**.
**Responsibilities** 
- Engaging with project stakeholders to support the preparation, development and coordination of integrated plans and schedules to meet project requirements. 
- Supporting the integration of project plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. 
- Engaging with control account and project managers for regular schedule status updates and support with integrating updates into the master schedule. 
- Creating report metrics and managing baseline change activities across the project lifecycle. 
- Analysing and reporting on project performance variances and incorporate recovery plans.
**Experience/Qualifications** 
- Must be a team player 
- Must have good communication and organisational skills 
- Experience providing planning and scheduling support to Defence Industry projects / programs using PMBOK and/or Agile project management methodologies is desirable but not essential. 
- Experience using Open Plan Professional, JIRA, Microsoft Project or similar project planning and scheduling systems / tools is desirable but not essential.
