SMSF Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organised and skilled individual to join our team as an SMSF administrator.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client relationships, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain client folders in SharePoint
* Coordinate the distribution and return of SMSF documents via FuseSign or hard copy
* Prepare and distribute invoices for the SMSF team
* Liaise with auditors and other partners to ensure seamless operations
* Assist with onboarding new clients and provide support to auditor administration
Requirements
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
