Based in our modern office at the top end of Rokeby Road in Subiaco, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing property group spanning property development, project marketing, residential sales, strata management and finance.
Our Property Management division operates as a close-knit and collaborative team that values professionalism, strong organisation and clear communication.
With supportive systems and processes in place, our Property Managers are able to manage their portfolios efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties, working alongside an experienced team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of a residential portfolio
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Lease renewals and rent reviews
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Arrears management and tribunal representation where required
* Final inspections and reviewing Property Condition Reports
* Ensuring compliance with WA legislation and best practice
The role may be structured across 4 or 5 days per week for the right candidate.
Our Team Structure
* Leasing & Inspections Coordinator – routine inspections, leasing viewings and Saturday home opens
* Virtual Assistant – assisting with workflow and administration
* Dedicated Trust Account Manager
This structure allows our Property Managers to focus on managing their portfolio and building strong client relationships, rather than being overloaded with administration.
Saturday home opens are shared across the team and kept to a minimum, helping ensure a healthy work/life balance.

About You
* Current Property Management Registration in Western Australia
* Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978
* Experience managing a residential portfolio
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skillsA professional and client-focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and administration skills
* A positive and team-focused attitude
