Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market growth and expand our footprint across key metro and coastal markets.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in business development, real estate, or B2C/B2B sales. They must be able to generate and close leads through proactive outreach and relationship management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building local business development strategies, prospecting and securing new clients, qualifying and converting leads, pitching and presenting Hometime's services, and nurturing relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners.
The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple markets and priorities.
* Drive Market Growth: Build and execute local business development strategies to expand Hometime's footprint.
* Prospect & Secure New Clients: Generate new business through local outreach, events, and referral networks.
* Qualify & Convert Leads: Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients, qualify their properties, and convert leads into active listings.
* Pitch & Present: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to present Hometime's services, deliver earnings appraisals, and prepare tailored management proposals.
* Nurture Relationships: Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners to drive sustained growth.
Key qualifications include familiarity with the short-term rental, property management, or hospitality industry, and working towards or holding relevant real estate qualifications.
Based in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, or Melbourne, the successful candidate will be required to have a car (car allowance will be offered).
