Our client boasts an enviable portfolio of shopping centres in Western Australia and requires a skilled Tenancy Coordinator to manage their retail portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tenant Coordination: Manage the Tenancy Coordination process for retail tenants, adhering to Fitout Guidelines and Lease Agreements.
2. Design Consultant Management: Oversee External Design Consultants to ensure compliance with Lessor obligations.
3. Ongoing Changes Management: Anticipate and effectively manage ongoing changes to the retail portfolio.
4. Operational Budget Support: Coordinate and provide strategic support for the preparation of operational budgets and forecasts.
5. Leasing Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Leasing team to ensure seamless tenancy coordination.
Requirements:
1. Tenancy Coordination Experience: Proven experience in Tenancy Coordination within retail shopping centres.
2. Initiative and Project Management: Strong initiative and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
3. Technical Understanding: Ability to comprehend plans and technical data.
4. Management Skills: Strong management skills, with a focus on structuring external service provider teams for maximum efficiency and performance.
5. Contract Negotiation: High levels of Contract Negotiation, Management, and Project Management Skills.
