Responsibilities
Perform on-site maintenance and troubleshooting of food processing machinery
Provide expert technical support, maintenance, and repairs to customers
Provide hands-on mechanical service work to clients
Technical liaison between clients, product division, and sales team
Assemble electronic components following manufacturing approvals
Collaborate with team to meet customer demand and repair components
Maintain quality control, adhere to safety protocols, and assist supervisor
Maintain and service traffic signals and ITS equipment
Install, repair, and maintain nbn products and services; install cabling, diagnose faults, and set up premises
Seeking candidates with communication cabling or electrical background
As a Customer Field Technician, work on Customer Service field tasks across potentially all nbn
Provide on-site support and service for various equipment as required
Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and equipment upgrades
Ensure compliance with WHS policies and reporting requirements
Conduct NDT inspections using Eddy Current and Ultrasonics methods
Hands-on role in audio visual installation and support
Assist with cabling, hardware installation, and system commissioning
Learn from experienced team members and gain exposure to AV technologies
Provide technical support for Aristocrat Customers on-site
Operate in roles involving oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing environments
Qualifications
Trade qualification in Electrician and/or Fitter & Turner
2-3 years experience servicing industrial machinery, strong mechanical aptitude
Degree in Electronics, Electrical Eng.
or equivalent experience
Qualified Electrician with ITS experience; driver's license required
