**The Opportunity**:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced business manager with a background in refractory services or a similar heavy industrial/construction services business background who is looking for their next career step.
**What's on offer**:
- Manage our NSW and QLD Refractories business with full P&L responsibilities
- Project manage multiple projects on key client sites
- Lead a team of fluctuating size that can be up to 120 people
**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Project management and delivery including coordination of Veolia employees and contractors to deliver onsite plans, as well as monitoring project milestones, KPIs, financial and legal requirements
- Have business responsibility for around $20 m in revenue per annum with further growth potential
- Co-ordinate shutdowns, installation of refractories and associated services with a range of heavy industrial and manufacturing clients
- Collaborating with clients, ensuring ongoing positive relationships and communication
- Lead and developing a team of engineers, project managers and other project support
- Adhering to all safety, health, environment and quality systemsEnsuring key commercial obligations are met

**What you'll need to be successful**:
- Demonstrated experience delivering on-site projects within the refractory services industry or a relevant construction, industrial/manufacturing services sector (steel production, glass manufacturing, aluminium production, cement production etc.)
- An engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Business management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Practical experience in Quality, Environment and OH&S management
- Drivers licence
