As a Peer Support Worker, you will strengthen connection, hope and understanding for people accessing mental health services. From sharing your lived experience to working alongside clinical teams, you will help create a space where people feel heard, supported and empowered in their recovery.

Qualifications and Experience
* Personal lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery, shared thoughtfully and professionally
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and connect with diverse people
* Confidence working collaboratively within a team while advocating for a peer‐led perspective
* Ability to support individuals in setting goals and navigating their recovery journey
You will stand out if you have experience delivering group programs or community‐based support, and/or skills in promoting recovery‐focused or psychosocial education approaches.
