Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Job Site Specialist team within the Transportation division in Tasmania. The primary focus of this role is to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important end-user customers within the transport channel.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive end-user conversion to Milwaukee and grow market share across all product categories within your territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors to maximise value and collaboration.
* Identify and act on new business opportunities with both existing and prospective users.
* Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM to support performance tracking and decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Embrace ongoing learning, contribute to team culture, and actively participate in professional development.
Requirements
* To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of trade experience or relevant graduate degree.
* A minimum of 1 year direct selling experience is highly desired.
* Proficiency in using CRM software is also desirable.
* You will need to possess strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* A strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability is essential.
* Prior experience within the transportation, automotive or similar industry is highly valued.
* A full driver's license and excellent driving history is required.
* Ability and willingness to travel when required is necessary.
