About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist us in coordinating our events and conferences on a part-time basis. This role is designed for 30 hours per week, with flexibility regarding workdays and hours for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support for seamless event planning and execution
* Managing inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
* Coordinating logistics with hotel departments
* Maintaining accurate records and calendars
* Contributing to sales initiatives and upselling opportunities to drive business growth


About You

* You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* A positive and proactive approach to your work
* A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* A professional and efficient demeanor
* A strong enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of our organization
* Ideal experience in event coordination, sales, or hospitality operations would be beneficial
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is essential
