Leadership Role
This is a hands-on leadership role that involves on-call work, weekend work, and after-hours care. The successful candidate will play a vital part in shaping a safe, inclusive, and culturally supportive environment for students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with feeder schools to ensure transition programs are implemented smoothly.
* Identify opportunities, resolve issues, and improve outcomes for students by leading and managing the short and long-term planning of the residential boarding campus.
* Address concerns or issues promptly and provide referrals to support services as necessary.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive community for a diverse range of students to enable them to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and culturally.
