TDA Tax Depreciation is a growing specialist in property tax depreciation services, helping clients unlock the full value of their investment properties. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our team in South Melbourne.
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday) suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with people, and is eager to build a long-term career.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, delivering exceptional service while managing a high volume of outbound and inbound communications.
Responsibilities
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* Providing timely and accurate support across all communication channels
* Assisting customers with enquiries related to depreciation schedules and property tax solutions
* Managing customer complaints and resolving issues independently and effectively
* Processing customer information, payments, and documentation with accuracy
* Building strong product knowledge to confidently guide clients
* Adapting quickly to new systems, processes, and customer needs
* Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to a full-time office-based role
* A confident communicator with strong phone and email skills
* Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently and problem-solve effectively
* Quick to learn new systems and processes
* Previous call centre or customer service experience is highly regarded (but not essential)
