If you are a motivated sales superstar looking for part time hours and wanting to develop your leadership skills within a supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to lead our Team Members alongside the Store Manager to drive our store at Warnbro to continued success.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with supervising a customer focused team
- Motivation to create a sales driven atmosphere
- Ability to consistently achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
- A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences whilst achieving your personal sales targets
- Contribute to the development of Team Members through feedback and training
- Maintain an awareness of movement of stock to provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
- Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
- Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks
