About the role

You will play a key part in making home ownership more accessible for more Western Australians by providing administration support to our Home Lending Team.

- Collate loan application supporting documents and match with the associated files in Therefore.
- Manage Therefore documents and create appropriate workflows, progress work to the relevant team member.
- Answer and assist with telephone enquiries (direct callers to the relevant team member, if applicable).
- Provide other general administrative support, as required by the Home Lending team.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably directed by the Team Leader; Administration, Settlements & Construction, that are in keeping with the appointed person’s training, skills, and abilities.

About You

You have experience in an office environment and likely worked in the residential mortgage or wider finance industry.

- You are a structured thinker that is organised and can follow a process. You have very strong written communications and an ability to communicate, understand and empathise.
- You easily build relationships and enjoy collaborating in a team.
