Responsibilities
* Lead and coach crew to provide excellent service and maintain high brand standards.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations during shift, ensuring safety, quality and service delivery.
* Maintain a positive culture and a clean, well‐presented restaurant.
* Utilise strong time‐management and multi‐tasking skills during peak periods, including food preparation and service.
* Support crew and champion the customer experience.
Qualifications
As a shift supervisor you will be an expert multi‐tasker who thrives in a fast‐paced environment. You will demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the crew to be at their best every shift and be a champion for the customer.
