TheDriveGroup have partnered with a large Australian brand who are going through a huge Payroll Transformation. This is for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team to look at functional design and system configuration specification and validation. Look at business processes, requirements, and procedure definition. This will be a 2 year Transformation offering support to a Senior BA who will also offer mentorship. To be successful you MUST HAVE: Business Analyst experience End-to-End Payroll Transformation experience Payroll System Implementation Functional Design and system configuration Change Management exposure Working with Vendors Strong documentation, requirement gathering Strong stakeholder management This role will be a 6-12month rolling contract working in a hybrid working environment. They need 2 x Snr BA that are able to hit the ground running and have worked across end-to-end Payroll Implementations. There will be a two stage interview process and will require a background check.
