Why this role

This is an opportunity to be part of something new and purpose-driven, helping to shape how integrated, relationship-based mental health care is delivered within an evolving service model.

The Hub operates as a 'no wrong door' entry point for adults and their families to access information and services, designed to empower, support and improve psychological and physical health, and social and emotional wellbeing. You'll enjoy a role that offers variety, professional support and genuine collaboration, while allowing you to use and strengthen your expertise in couple and family work within a broader mental health context.
