The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, hungry salesperson ready to roll up their sleeves and help build something from the ground up. This is a rare chance to join an early-stage SaaS company where you'll have real impact, real autonomy, and real hustle.
You'll be part of a small, focused team taking our product to market, selling to smart customers, learning fast, and helping shape the sales motion as we grow. If you've got 5+ years of sales experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are excited by the challenge of startup life, we want to talk.
This is a Sydney based role with hybrid, flexible work and a beautiful office in Martin Place.

Responsibilities
Identify, reach out to, and engage potential customers through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, creative hustle)
Manage and nurture a growing pipeline in our CRM, keeping activity and deal data up to date
Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, objection handling, and outbound scripts
Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term customer happiness
Hit (and help define) early revenue and conversion targets, with a focus on learning and improving fast
Roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally with at least some of that in a startup environment
Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound, not just work warm leads
Strong communicator who can adapt messaging to different audiences and think on their feet
You're curious and coachable, with a growth mindset and a willingness to test, fail, and improve fast
Self-motivated and proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do
A team player - you share what you learn, lift others up, and want to build something great together
Hustle, grit, and a bias for action
This job may not be for you if:
You're a senior salesperson with over 10years' experience
You're looking for a highly structured environment with lots of formal processes already in place
You prefer warm leads over outbound hustle and creative prospecting
You need layers of support before taking action
You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or fast-changing priorities
You want to sell a mature product in an established market
You're not excited by the idea of helping build the sales playbook from scratch
