The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering organisation-wide transformation initiatives within a complex, multi-project environment.
Working closely with senior leaders, program teams, and stakeholders, you will lead the people side of change—ensuring new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully embedded and deliver measurable benefits.
Key Details
* Start Date: 1 June 2026 (pending Police Check)
* Duration: 12 months + potential extension
* Location: CIT Bruce (3 days onsite required)
* Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (no overtime)
* Pay Rates:
o $130/hour + super (PAYG)
o $145.60/hour (ABN)
* Note: Interstate applicants must be willing to relocate at own cost
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end change, communication, and engagement activities across the Cloud Campus Program
* Develop and execute program-level change strategies aligned to digital transformation initiatives
* Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption across multiple business areas
* Conduct impact assessments and design tailored communication and training plans
* Partner with project, business analysis, and architecture teams to ensure benefits realisation
* Identify and manage risks, resistance, and change-related issues
* Support transition to business-as-usual and ensure sustainable outcomes
* Provide clear reporting on change progress, risks, and benefits to program leadership
* Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
About You You’re a seasoned Change Manager who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring people along the journey.
You will bring:
* Extensive experience delivering change in large-scale transformation or digital programs
* Strong knowledge of change frameworks (e.g. Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma or similar)
* Proven ability to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience working across ICT-enabled business change environments
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at executive level
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
* Experience within education, public sector, or service delivery environments
* Certifications in Change Management, Continuous Improvement, or similar
* Experience working on enterprise-wide digital transformation programs
