Requirements:

* Proven experience in business analysis on large-scale, complex projects (ideally in health or hospital settings).
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Experience with Cerner Millennium or other clinical information systems is highly desirable.
* Expertise in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and change management.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
* High level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
