Our client is one of Australia best known brands & require a Technical Support Engineer for a 3 week engagement.
If you are an experienced IT support Engineer, and are able to work in the South West Melbourne area (Frankston) we would love to speak with you.
THE ROLE
IT works adopts a "customer first" aproach, and this is a business critcal IT support role
You will be VALUED, and have confidnet and strong support experience across the follows:
* O365
* Network troubleshooting (Wifi, Lan, Patching)
* EUC Device rebuilds,
* Navigate a patch panel
* Basic application support
* Experience using Jira (Ideally)
