From initially locating suitable land and partnering with landowners, they take projects through engineering design, planning approval, grid connection, financing & investment stages and into construction and operation.
The company brings together industry leaders with a robust track record in the development and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects. The team have collectively developed multiple renewable energy projects across Australia, Europe and the Pacific Region and are specialists in the land use, planning, engineering, energy and finance sectors.
The Role:
The Procurement and Logistics Administrator coordinates different projects of the company ensuring their supplies are fit technical specifications, budget, manufacture-delivery time and Australian's requirements. In the role you will be responsible for supporting the trade team by managing the end-to-end procurement process from the beginning of the project to the final approval of the quotations by the Construction/Project Manager.
General Duties shall include:
Receiving purchase plan and following up with suppliers.
Quotation of projects in the offer phase.
Organisation of procurement plan, request technical specifications, comparative, purchase order in Sap and manufacture report.
Firm bidding for projects that ensure the best procurement option based on economic and technical offer.
Preparation of tariff strategy and import documentation at destination.
Follow the delivery of project supplies are under planification.
Monitoring and reporting of customer operations and project management ensuring visibility to all parties
Monitoring of procurement providers and create SAP purchase orders.
Monitoring procurement status and ensuring contracts are received to meet client requirements.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure manufacture requirements are met and on track.
Provide innovations and ideas focused on reducing supplies costs to be under budget.
