Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in assisting sales processes while ensuring a smooth and structured workflow.
Main Responsibilities
* Sales Support & Administration
o Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing internal sales documents, tracking key activities, onboarding new suppliers, and scheduling meetings.
o Maintain and organize sales records for quick access to critical information.
o Support the team in processing contracts and invoices, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments.
o Assist in organizing sales-related events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
* CRM & Data Management
o Update and maintain Connections Luxury's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.
o Generate reports and insights from CRM to track performance and forecast sales trends.
o Ensure all sales-related data is properly recorded and easily accessible.
* Client & Account Management
o Manage selected client accounts, providing updates on upcoming events and community initiatives.
o Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
o Support follow-ups on leads, prospects, and existing clients to enhance engagement when required.
* Lead Generation & Business Development
o Identify and generate leads to pass on to the sales team, ensuring clearly defined targets are met.
o Keep up to date with market developments, identifying and researching new growth opportunities.
o Contribute to the expansion of the Connections portfolio by identifying potential opportunities and business partners.
* Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
o Identify opportunities to enhance sales efficiency through improved processes.
o Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and events, to streamline communication and support sales operations.
o Assist in training new team members on sales tools and procedures.
o Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure seamless delivery of commitments.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Some experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles, ideally within luxury travel, events, or a related industry would be a plus.
* Basic understanding of the sales cycle, CRM systems, and account management best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging with clients and internal teams.
* Strong relationship-building skills to support both sales team members and client accounts.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving internal processes.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including sales, marketing, buyer recruitment and operations.
