Finance Officer Role Overview

This is a challenging and varied role that requires the ability to maintain accurate financial records, process payroll, and reconcile supplier invoices and payments. As a Finance Officer, you will play a key part in ensuring the day-to-day financial functions of the company run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fortnightly payroll processing
* Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments including preparation of EFT payments
* Undertake debtor collections, reconciliations and receipting of client payments
* Credit card expense processing and reconciliation
* Assist with month-end debtor reporting and reconciling
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for reporting

About You:

* Sound experience with payroll processes
* Understanding of general ledger allocations and principles
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience using MYOB, TimeTrak and/or ezyCollect would be an advantage
