About the role:
* Coordinate front‐of‐house duties, admin tasks, travel arrangements, facility bookings & maintain efficient administrative processes.
* Organise training venues, AV setup, catering and accommodation for STA operations.
* Provide professional customer service & maintain accurate records in line with RFS/government requirements.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets & social media content
* Manage purchasing tasks including quotes, raising orders, receipting goods & contributing to policy and procedural reviews.
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration experience
* High attention to detail & accuracy in booking and data entry
* Strong communication skills & a commitment to excellent customer service
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage deadlines
