What The Day Will Look Like
The Partnership & Growth Manager plays a hands‐on role in winning, retaining and growing key clients across Aon's Affinity business. This role sits between broking, partnerships and tenders, supporting strategic growth initiatives and helping convert opportunities into balanced revenue.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Supporting the growth of key partnerships and clients, with a focus on winning new business and improving conversion
* Contributing to tender responses and strategic submissions, working closely with broking, sales and leadership teams
* Managing and developing relationships with associations, buying groups and channel partners
* Working with marketing and sales teams to deliver targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and client acquisition
* Activating new partners and managing critical processes including compliance and contracting
* Producing reporting and insights to advise partnership and growth strategy
* Representing Aon at client meetings, tenders, conferences and industry events as required
How This Opportunity Is Different
This role sits within Affinity, a core business unit of Aon Risk Solutions, where partnerships play a critical role in winning and retaining clients.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, brokers, sales and marketing teams, contributing directly to key client wins and strategic growth initiatives. The role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to apply both broking knowledge and tender experience in a commercial, client‐focused environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Experience in broking, tendering, partnerships or commercial roles within insurance or financial services
* Strong understanding of client acquisition, tenders and sales processes
* Proven ability to build and manage effective partner relationships
* Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* A practical, commercial approach with strong organisational skills
