It's that time of year again Our insurance builders are gearing up for a busy season, and many of our clients in the insurance and restoration space are experiencing a surge in workload. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and stable team, with strong systems and processes already in place, you'll be set up for success from day one.
* Prepare accurate estimates for insurance-related residential and commercial repair and rebuild projects
* Liaise with loss adjusters, supervisors, and trades to clarify scope and cost details
* Use estimating software to compile detailed and timely cost breakdowns
* Review drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing
* Manage variations, updates, and re-costing as required throughout the project lifecycle
* Support the delivery team to ensure projects align with approved budgets
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Estimator within the insurance or commercial construction sector
* Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and cost structures
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Proficiency in estimating software
* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
* Must be located in North Brisbane area only
