Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Aboriginal Conservation Manager to join our team based in the heart of Country. As a leader in conservation management, you will be responsible for ensuring the protection and preservation of our unique and fragile ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement conservation plans that prioritize community representation and support the well-being of local communities.
* To lead a team of rangers in the delivery of conservation programs, including habitat restoration and species management.
* To build relationships with key stakeholders, including Traditional Owners and government agencies.
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
