About the Role
As our new Production Manager or Coordinator (depending on experience), you'll take ownership of our end-to-end production process: managing supplier relationships, tracking timelines, and ensuring our products are delivered on time and ready for launch across our online, retail, and wholesale channels.
Working cross-functionally with the design, merchandise planning, and operations teams, you'll oversee everything from purchase order creation to production handover, with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and driving accountability with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end coordination of production timelines and supplier communication
* Drive alignment across design, merchandise planning, and operations teams to ensure production meets key milestones and launch targets
* Monitor production progress and quickly resolve delays or issues as they arise
* Maintain accurate product, supplier, and PO data to support planning and operational execution
* Regularly share production timeline updates with internal stakeholders, including any shifts, risks, or opportunities to accelerate
* Coordinate production handover with operations team to enable freight planning and ensure timely inbound delivery
About You
You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing moving parts concurrently. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep production partners accountable without letting things slip through the cracks.
We're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in production, planning, or supply chain coordination
* Proven experience managing supplier relationships
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Strong understanding of timelines, critical paths, and ability to keep them on track
* Exceptional attention to detail – essential for tracking many productions simultaneously
* Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
* Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and ERP or inventory management systems
