A bit about your role
As a People and Culture Business Partner at nbn, you will play a central role in driving a variety of strategic people initiatives and programs across the employee lifecycle, enabling business objectives and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, Partnering, you will also lead end-to-end workforce change, act as a trusted advisor to the business, and use data and insights to inform decisions and implement operating models that enable effective business operations.
Your work will foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous growth, translating people strategies into tangible outcomes that elevate performance and enhance the employee experience.
You will focus on organisational and talent development, employee relations, and data-driven decision-making, bringing clarity and purpose to every conversation.
A bit about you
You are a thoughtful and strategic HR professional with proven experience in business partnering, driving strategic people programs and workforce change, ideally within large and complex organisations.
You bring a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and a passion for translating people strategy into real-world impact.
You can engage with senior leaders, including executive members, with confidence and credibility.
Your experience in workforce change, change management, and data analytics enables you to craft narratives that guide decision-making.
You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day priorities, and you build strong cross-functional relationships.
You bring a calm and considered approach to solving problems and driving lasting change.
