A family owned and operated Shading & Window Furnishing Solutions Provider, focusing on innovative commercial and hospitality projects is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.
This role includes project administration, project management and CAD operation. You will be involved with multiple top tier design projects with global architecture practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creating technical documentation for projects using AutoCAD and Revit software
2. Champion all day-to-day administration tasks including database maintenance
3. Develop, track and manage project schedules for multiple projects concurrently
4. Liaise with the Marketing Team ensuring all strategies align with product development and sales targets
5. Oversee the sampling process, ensuring timelines are adhered to
6. Correspond with various stakeholders for project submissions
Skills and Experience
7. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
8. Qualification within Architecture or Interior Design highly desirable
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. technically minded with the ability to understand specification documentation
11. Proactive and detail oriented
12. Strategic thinker with ability to work independently.
13. Experience with WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
