They will be responsible driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional, personalised service.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through significant emotional purchases such as engagement and wedding rings.
• Proactively follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by consistently closing high-value sales.
• Develop tailored sales strategies for both natural and lab-grown diamonds, highlighting benefits and unique selling points.
• Maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities across engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine diamond jewellery.
• Product Expertise
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of diamonds (4Cs), gemstones, settings, and fine jewellery craftsmanship.
• Clearly communicate the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds to educate clients and build trust.
• Stay updated on new collections, trends, and industry innovations.
• Luxury Customer Experience
• Deliver a premium, consultative experience tailored to each client's lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
• Uphold high standards of presentation in both personal appearance and showroom display.
• Handle sensitive milestones (proposals, weddings, anniversaries) with discretion and care.
• Sales Process Management
• Conduct client consultations from initial enquiry through to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Prepare and present bespoke design options and customisation services when required.
• Manage administrative tasks including sales documentation, diamond certifications, and after-sales services.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Support junior consultants through training, knowledge sharing, and leading by example in sales execution.
• Contribute to team culture by motivating colleagues and promoting collaboration to achieve store objectives.
• Operational Excellence
• Ensure accuracy in inventory handling, diamond certifications, and financial transactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect luxury branding.
• Adhere to compliance requirements, including ethical sourcing and care standards.
• Brand Ambassadorship
• Represent the brand at luxury events, client appointments, and industry functions.
• Uphold brand values, positioning the store as a destination for high-quality diamond jewellery.
• Promote the company's reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and innovation.
