Purpose:
The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a high-quality early childhood education program that supports the learning, development, and wellbeing of all children enrolled at Moverly Children's Centre. The role ensures compliance with the NSW Department of Education and the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standard, while fostering strong partnerships with families and the community.
About the role:
Provide Pedagogical leadership in line with ACECQA Educational Leader requirements
Foster a learning environment that supports diversity, enquiry and children's individual strengths and interests
Supports the Centre Director in the National Quality Standards Assessment and Rating process
About you:
Early Childhood Teaching qualification approved by NSW Education and Standards Authority
Demonstrated knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and relevant legislation
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
