The Role
We are seeking a skilled A‑Grade Electrician to join our manufacturing and fit‑out team. You will be responsible for electrical installation, testing, fault‑finding and compliance work across our range of onsite vans and mobile facilities.
*Working hours 06.00 AM - 02.30 PM Monday to Friday with potential overtime work when required
Key Responsibilities
* Install, wire and test electrical systems in mobile site offices, accommodation units and specialised vans
* Ensure all electrical work meets Australian Standards and mine‑site compliance requirements
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults
* Work closely with the production team to deliver high‑quality, reliable mobile facilities
* Maintain a safe and organised workspace
* Contribute to continuous improvement in build quality and efficiency
About You
* Current A‑Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with A-Grade electrical licence
* Strong understanding of AS/NZS electrical standards
* Experience in manufacturing, caravans, RVs, construction, or similar industries (advantageous)
* Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Team‑focused attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
* Reliable, self‑motivated and safety‑conscious
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
* Experience and knowledge in Solar installations would be advantageous.

Location
Pakenham, VIC – modern facility at 207 Greenhills Road.
Occasionally there will be some electrical works in 213 Greenhills Road or 70 Yallourn Drive Yallourn (for travelling to Yallourn a company vehicle will be provided)
