Information Management Officer

Key Responsibilities
1. Distribute hardcopy and digital documentation, including preparing inter-agency correspondence and liaison with government agencies.
2. Understand and utilize information systems and tools, engaging with clients to provide information management and record keeping advice.
3. Identify or lead the enhancement of information management capabilities through research, development, and implementation of information management practices, procedures, policies, frameworks, strategies, and systems.
4. Understand, interpret, and translate legislation, whole-of-government policy, and agency-specific requirements into sound information management advice.
5. Develop, present, and share subject information, experience, and subject matter expertise on information management responsibilities.
6. BUILD AND SUSTAIN STRATEGIC WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND NETWORKS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the role, you must be:
1. An Australian citizen.
2. Assessed as suitable to hold and maintain a TOP SECRET-Privileged Access security clearance.
