About the Role
Goodline requires an experienced and qualified HSE Advisor to join our Port Hedland team. Reporting to the HSE Superintendent, the HSE Advisor is a key member of the operations team, providing advisory, compliance and auditing services to our teams across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building and civil disciplines for multiple clients.
A thorough understanding of WHS, environmental and quality management principles, legislation and standards is essential. The role demands a collaborative style, working closely with people and client project leaders to uphold standards and expectations across multiple work fronts.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing HSE advisory, compliance and auditing services across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building and civil disciplines.
Proactively seeking out HSE solutions, managing incidents and leading incident investigations.
Coaching operational leaders, ensuring a sound understanding of safety compliance and requirements.
About You
Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety
Certificate IV Training and Assessment
Qualification in lead auditing (desirable)
You will be a team player with outstanding communication and leadership skills, passionate about safety leadership, and able to work with a diverse team of skilled tradespeople, supervision, and management. You should embrace a proactive safety culture and be flexible to undertake a variety of tasks and scopes.
