Medical Receptionist – X-Ray Group (IDX) (Full‐time, Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
* Answer patient and referrer calls, providing a friendly, professional voice.
* Schedule appointments using the RIS system (Visage).
* Manage appointment slots to maximize efficiency.
* Process patient referrals from multidisciplinary teams.
* Communicate preparation, cost estimates, and other requirements to patients prior to imaging.
* Work full‐time across the Albury Clinics, serving as the face of the organisation.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in a customer‐facing role.
* Willingness to learn medical imaging terminology.
* Advanced computer and keyboard skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Strong people skills, empathy, and compassion for patients.
* Problem‐solving and analytical skills for optimizing appointment slots.
* Time‐management skills and the ability to meet team KPI's.
* Positive, can‐do attitude that builds rapport with patients, staff, and professionals.
