Part-Time Community / Disability Support Worker
We're looking for passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a part-time basis in the Northern Beaches area.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport and community access.
Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing duties.
Essential Requirements
Must be a full Australian driver's licence holder and own a vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
Must be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
Must be flexible with hours.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Experience with manual handling, high-care support and challenging behaviours.
Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
